Jedi was born on 1st April 1999. He had early show ring success, with wins and numerous places at Championship shows. He has taken BPIB and BOB at Open Show level. He was placed every time shown during 1999, culminating with a Pastoral Puppy Group 1 at Boston & DCS Christmas show. He finished his Puppy career well at the BCCGB Ch show on 26th March 2000 by winning Puppy, Maiden and Novice dog. He has competed at Crufts show on several occasions, where he has again been placed.

Jedi started his Working Trials career early in 2001 gaining CDex and his first UD COM in February, shortly before the Foot & Mouth Disease outbreak. For the rest of 2001 because of FMD there were no further trials competitions. After the end of the FMD outbreak, during 2002 Jedi returned to trials where he quickly gained his UDex qualification at three separate trials, the last being at Lincs GSDABTS where he also won the stake. Two days earlier he had gained 2nd place in Graduate at Crufts, proving he has both beauty and brains! During 2003 Jedi gained his WDex title, and also took 2nd place in WD at Lincs GSDABTS.

Apart from competition, I had the pleasure of introducing Jedi to sheep just before the FMD, and Jedi proved to be very keen but since then we have not had the opportunity to pursue this interest.

Jedi is my very special boy, always my shadow and has full privileges in the house.
